Tough market to sell to. Customers are not interested in new technology for the most part. Total addressable market is not big enough for Convex’s products. Sales leadership at Convex is negative. Turnover is extremely high.

Convex is a great company to work for overall. There is a lack of resources to help BDRs attain quota, but some things are in the works, so that could change.
