It’s a grind and the brand recognition isn’t good when though the product is good in the enterprise space. They’re trying to prove out a mid market fit now as well and it’s difficult going down market with a high average sale price. Leadership is smart and committed but there’s no inbound lead flow, sales cycles are long, and they’re almost 100% self sourced.

Culture has gone downhill since the shift to increase shareholder value. Sales leadership enjoys micromanagement and deals will be stalled by the multiple gates of approval that need to happen. Quota is basically unattainable due to territory structure and feedback is not taken into consideration.
