It's a cult. Very self absorbed. A lot of smart people elsewhere in the business, but very limited business development leaders. They are clueless.

Customers are (justifiably) unhappy with very high turnover in their account teams, both in sales/account mgmt and especially in customer support. Really great coworkers, while they last. Proceed with caution, as they talk a great game, but do not follow their own guidelines. Blindsided doesn't begin to describe this experience.
