The velocity of deals is not high for Mid Market or Enterprise. It comes down to trying to close 4-6 deals per year in order to hit quota. The inbound flow is non existent and it's very difficult to generate pipeline.

They are a leader in their space, have decorated reps and raw talent throughout the company (especially in sales development ;) With customers as big and name-brand as you can think of, the bar is high for everything. Everyone is on the same page when it comes to the future of the company and what it takes to get there.
