Don't work here if you value your mental health over money. The money is good but it comes at a great price. Also, best industry practices are not encouraged so you might struggle to succeed in a proper company culture after working here for a year or more.

Multi-cultural environment. No-nonsense attitude from managers and colleagues. No caring for you as a person. You get to learn, you get to be you (if you like direct, tough, and honest people) but forget about career improvement or being told you´re appreciated or cared for. You will get paid well. That´s it.

My overall experience was great, it's tough to get in and tougher to stay within the organisation but as long as you're great in your job it's highly rewarding due to the constant learning and constant growing culture. I'd recommend to work their if you're an ambitious person and wants to grow in your career.
