More QuestionsFor an Account Manager Role, the recruiter told me they may not have much flexibility on the OTE but could offer some extra RSU. How flexible are they with that?
Additionally, as sales, we get stock grants as part of bonus/commissions?How important is it to have a security background for the sales interview process? Is this knowledge rigorously tested or are they more concerned about one's sales methodology & approach/trainings?
