Reviews seems mixed about how things are at CrowdStrike now. SMB AE role seems churn-heavy, which gives makes me wary despite the company name. Can someone provide more clarity in the SMB AE team (asking from a Toronto context too addtional q. what is the average ae churn? is it a bunch of ae <1 yr?

More QuestionsFor an Account Manager Role, the recruiter told me they may not have much flexibility on the OTE but could offer some extra RSU. How flexible are they with that?
