Current Employee Leadership is a joke. Constant rotating door of VPs getting fired or leaving due to horrible procedures and internal culture. Sales is run by dashboard refreshers who love to micro manage but provide no value and actually hinder getting deals done. Product is incredible but not worth the headache of working here. Less than 50% of enterprise sellers hit their number last year. The comp plan is a nightmare and they’re still fixing errors on it to date. Potential to make real money is very low. Sad to say that I say RUN from here. Some cushy gigs in majors but otherwise there are way better spots to be.
