Its an interesting place to work. It acts like a start-up and yet has 10,000 people working here. In many ways, this is awesome and I love it. Occasionally it can be a little disruptive. Also, it is entirely laser focused on growth; don't expect any warm and fuzzies, but you can pay off your mortgage - trust me ;)

Amazing company with amazing people and products. Very few SMB reps hit quota and the majority leave versus getting promoted within org. SMB is a real grind fest. 50 dials a day, 250 people in sequence, management will ping you if your pickup rate is less than satisfactory. 0 team culture in SMB.
