Amazing company with amazing people and products. Very few SMB reps hit quota and the majority leave versus getting promoted within org. SMB is a real grind fest. 50 dials a day, 250 people in sequence, management will ping you if your pickup rate is less than satisfactory. 0 team culture in SMB. Bad SMB leadership constant - us versus them mentality with SDR team assigned to us. Leadership will reprimand SDRs/AEs in front of teammates.

A great role that looks good on your CV. But be warned, after the blue screen fiasco , pressure has been mounting on senior leaders which is trickling down to middle managers the reps.
