Current Employee Don’t love the SDR role at CrowdStrike. Pay is below average. Management is pointless and provides little to no value.
Overall expectations are pushed onto segments that do not have the same expectations.
Little to no diversity in the office.
Free lunch is cool tho.
Promotions track is annoying and company doesn’t provide much opportunity to learn depending on your segment and what you’re looking to promote to. You’ll have to do personal outreach and hope for availability.
