A very good place to start a sales career for the company reputation. The sales team is bogged down by politics and constant chaos and disruption. There’s a huge churn and burn or hire fast fire fast type of culture as well. There’s a lack of leadership, managers just care about metrics not leading. Overall it’s a good place to grind and break into sales and the stock is booming which is great.

Great company, great product. Upward mobility and quota attainment are very poor. That being said, the commission structure is built in a way that you can well out earn OTE without hitting quota, but this has been changing with more corporate leadership being brought on board.

Great place overall with a solid product but promotions for the sales org are mostly political and territory assignment can be confusing
