Great company, great product. Upward mobility and quota attainment are very poor. That being said, the commission structure is built in a way that you can well out earn OTE without hitting quota, but this has been changing with more corporate leadership being brought on board.

Not great for career progression. You have to move to a different company and come back if you want to move up. In SMB, the only promoted 2 out of 100 to the next segment.
