Current Employee Experience will vary based on your department- being an enterprise focused company, the SMB division struggles with quota attainment and culture. Very hard to move up to mid-market and corporate.
Cold calls are nitpicked by management, SMB reps are constantly PIPed, and since the outage last July the culture has been extremely poor.
I’ve heard great things from the enterprise reps, but in the lower ranks your job is rapid expansion of market share- with that comes high quotas, shrinking territories, high pressure and metric focused management.
If you’re early in your career, I’d recommend working here, grinding it out to get a great pedigree, and opting-in for their espp. If you’ve got some tenure, I’d avoid SMB and mid market.
