They increased base compensation in the past 12 months to attract talented and experience enterprise sellers. The reality is the outbound tools and product offering is not enterprise ready for the NA Market to sell beyond the flagship offering.

The good old days are gone. Culture & values has been replaced w/ unqualified leaders, unfair & irrational processes, & just general apathy (especially in sales). Culture Amp could get away with a bogus comp package b/c it had such a thriving culture, but now we are all just underpaid and miserable
