Current Employee The sales org currently lacks proper leadership, structure and discipline. A lot of the pipeline isn’t real and there’s a lack of proper coaching from leadership. There are some talented people on the team but the sales methodology being used across the team is poor ( lack of unification) and the managers aren’t really leading or coaching enough.
