Oh no have things changed for the worst here. So far about a month into Q1 we've seen about a third of regrettable turnover on most sales teams (Also speaking to the experience here in NA mostly). This is no longer a Culture Company and has joined the ranked of the "generic big tech playbook" but without the compensation to back it up. If you join, be prepared to play in the Performance Culture - but now fear is rampant and not sure how quotas are going to be attained (which they are officially jacked up to 206K within the Commercial segments and it's similar in Enterprise with 230K~). Tread with caution!! Wish us luck as well!

North American sales leaders are notoriously out of touch. Engagement scores are so low they won’t even acknowledge it. The best sellers are all looking to leave for a reason.

Overall, a good company. Culture Amp is having to figure out its sales org and it’s required a lot of sacrifice, but once that’s figured out it’d be an amazing place to work. Tons of good people and a lot of customers are raving fans.
