Overall, a good company. Culture Amp is having to figure out its sales org and it’s required a lot of sacrifice, but once that’s figured out it’d be an amazing place to work. Tons of good people and a lot of customers are raving fans.

There are many good people at Culture Amp who are nice to work with. However, my overall experience was tainted by an inexperienced Sales Director who created a toxic positivity culture within the sales team. Commission structure is poor and doesn’t incentivise the right behaviours.

Great culture, lots of inbound leads in SMB, MM wasn’t doing well when I was there so I decided to leave. Remote work, great work life balance, earning potential was low in SMB for high performers
