The learning curve is very intense if you are not familiar with industry terms. They took a lot of trips to places, you would have to see if this company is for its not for everyone.

Clear that they look to develop and promote form within. The one critique I could have would be onboarding - bit chaotic and could maybe be curated a bit more to be naturally progressive.

Former Employee4.1Jan 26, 2024I led sales a few years ago at this org (until 2021). From my experience, the TAM was strong, as was PMF, and inbound was pretty good. Initial outbound team wasn't performant at the time - but I believe that's turned around.
