Current Employee Love the culture and my leadership/team! It’s fully remote and they actually do a lot to make everyone feel included (in my experience). The required sales process is pretty different from industry standard and I think it hurts deals in the end - especially the larger MM/ENT ones. Working with Solutions team can be difficult sometimes but they’re lovely. Again, the process for working with them as well is very different from industry standard though so feels like a missed opportunity for how we could/should leverage them. Doesn’t seem like they’re changing these soon though. Browse Other Reviews
