Phenomenal experience thusfar. Leadership is great, very receptive to feedback, willing to coach, and willing to get creative to win deals. Can be great inbound and lots of flexibility to build your outbound book of business how you want. Biggest qualm is that Marketing Automation is a fairly commoditized industry so it becomes challenging to differentiate vs competitors. Often customers are looking for pricing wars

Love the culture and my leadership/team! It’s fully remote and they actually do a lot to make everyone feel included (in my experience). The required sales process is pretty different from industry standard and I think it hurts deals in the end - especially the larger MM/ENT ones.
