Company was great first two years but then Blackstone started getting more and more involved. Its now lost its identity and is trying to be more than event tech which is creating an identity crisis. Also having massive amounts of internal meetings taking away from sales time while quota is going up 40%.

Cvent is a fantastic company to get started in tech sales. Comp/OTE typically drives people elsewhere. Overall I loved it.
