Current Employee Positive experience. The people at Cvent are great, and generally leadership enables you to sell. The marketing and inbound leads are very good and people frequently “boomerang” back because it’s an enjoyable place to work.
But the comp team doesn’t even understand how reps get paid. I have to get corrections every quarter on my commission and they make it very difficult.
