Great org and culture, especially if you are green lit for remote work. I do wish there was higher earning potential with kickers/incentives, but overall well supported by marketing for leads.

Leadership lead by fear and don’t offer management support for aspiring leaders. Pay is not competitive for SAAS and often not equal or transparent between departments. Culture was slightly toxic with US leadership ruling over rest of world, but EMEA leaders were good for the most part. AM/AE comp plans are always difficult to interpret/in dispute.
