As always they try to find ways to increase their bottom line, at the expense of their employees. The comp plan is a joke that’s veiled as a way for top performers to make a ton of money but nobody is coming close.

Great org and culture, especially if you are green lit for remote work. I do wish there was higher earning potential with kickers/incentives, but overall well supported by marketing for leads.

The SDR role at Cvent is very dependent on where you are placed. As an outbound SDR on the Mid-Market team i am expected to source opportunities solely from cold leads and prospecting.
