Targets for quota are almost unreachable as leadership is trying to drive more outbound, however the current tech stack cannot support efficient outbound sales. Leadership and culture are top notch as well as great support for work/life balance.

Great organization overall, but in a nice-to-have product segment so deals often get stuck due to the low influence of your champion. Economy being down also doesn't help.

Great place to start a sales career. Overall a very disappointing experience. Sales management felt discombobulated, out of touch and absent. Team dynamics and culture felt insular and non-collaborative. Marketing support and MQL generation was minimal. Territories are divided inequitably- one territory will have hit every year while others haven't gotten anywhere close to goal for several years....Read More
