Very uneven comp plan building - this is where a lot of politics within the organization shown. While. it's one of the oldest companies it sometimes has the chaos and disorganization of a startup. Severely flawed, yet somehow select folks in the right markets can still make a lot of money

Constant changes to the comp plan and unrealistic targets have made it difficult to stay positive. Confusing sales structure without direction adds to uncertainty
