Very uneven comp plan building - this is where a lot of politics within the organization shown. While. it's one of the oldest companies it sometimes has the chaos and disorganization of a startup. Severely flawed, yet somehow select folks in the right markets can still make a lot of money

As a Canadian looking at AE roles, has anyone had success getting opportunities in the US? How did the work visa conversation go? Most of my experience is in capital markets with DFIN, but I have experience in fintech and telecommunications as well.
