Former Employee Stereotypical legacy clique-style leadership. You don't need to be finance-savvy whatsoever to work in a commercial role there, most of their people can barely use a calculator proficiently. Stereotypically accurate Dutch company - stingy and cheap. HEAVY numbers pressure, stereotypical old fashioned sales leadership mentality - lazy leaders who are politically engaged internally. Not a bad place to start an a career (good experience - however, NO training). No real financial rewards for performance. AI is going to wipe out most of their ops jobs globally within 30 months I'm told.
