Great company to start with in sales, but if you're good you will hit the ceiling quickly. The comp is below market (at least it was during my time). Company was unreceptive to market feedback.

Stereotypical legacy clique-style leadership. You don't need to be finance-savvy whatsoever to work in a commercial role there, most of their people can barely use a calculator proficiently.
