Constant changes of leadership and strategy is strangling sales teams. Data and leads need work. Nobody at the top seems to understand how the teams work or what they deal with. Some reps and managers are more inept than others and there is no accountability.

No clear vision for SDRs to move up or hit goals. If things were not done a certain way (even though it wasn’t clear to begin with) leadership would air the individual out in front of the entire company through slack.
