DataCamp pays well, and the product is truly best-in-class. Despite this, the culture is so bad it's impressive. Priorities are always shifting based on guesses rather than data. Inbound deal flow is incredibly weak due to a lack of investment in marketing. This was previously a decent place to work as a salesperson, but this is no longer the case. Would advise anyone considering a position here to reconsider.

DataCamp is a great company with a great product. Changes in leadership has contributed to some challenges but I would still reccomend them as a great place to work.

Current leadership doesn't offer help just shout at employees about what they are doing wrong. Product is good but new content is being designed with B2C in mind rather than what our large customers want. Constantly being asked to move in a different direction and the culture is pretty bad.
