Current leadership doesn't offer help just shout at employees about what they are doing wrong. Product is good but new content is being designed with B2C in mind rather than what our large customers want. Constantly being asked to move in a different direction and the culture is pretty bad. A lot of blaming not a lot of helping. Increased quotas this year but this wasn't based on data it was based on hopes and feeling. If you don't hit the ground running you will be fired

DataCamp is a great company with a great product. Changes in leadership has contributed to some challenges but I would still reccomend them as a great place to work.
