It's quite a difficult situation unless you’re one of the more established sellers that has tenure. The quality of leads is poor, and only a handful of reps are actually performing well. Those who have been around for some time are beginning to see the writing on the wall and are leaving. The firm has just closed their office in the US and gone fully remote which certainly raises concerns about the company's stability. There are loads of genuinely friendly people here that I thoroughly enjoy chatting with, which is definitely a bright spot.

Really not great. Leads are terrible, management lies about everything being fine even though the company is continuously missing targets. Only AE’s that have been here awhile are hitting quota. Teams and the junior sales management are very cliquey which isn’t great for new joiners as we don’t get the same opportunities.
