Really not great. Leads are terrible, management lies about everything being fine even though the company is continuously missing targets. Only AE’s that have been here awhile are hitting quota. Teams and the junior sales management are very cliquey which isn’t great for new joiners as we don’t get the same opportunities.

remote working is great. we are offered fair base and quoata is managable.

To avoid paying more than deserved, employees only worked Monday through Thursday. If you did work in office after 11pm they did compensate you for your taxi rides.
