High compensation, but leadership is very inexperienced at managing and this would be seen where strong reps on some teams started to underperform over a long period of time. Strong inbound lead flow but low quality. means you're pushed to spend the majority of your time on opportunities that won't go anywhere.

I cannot stress enough the lack of leadership and overall skill of leadership based on their roles. Wrong people for the wrong jobs is probably the politest way to put it.
