overall have been here a few years and really enjoy the team we work with. The company and leadership move quickly and its extremely fast paced. The last year we have never missed quota and most of the team is hitting their quotas. Its a fun place to be with lots of upside to make money. The team has grown and changed a lot in the last year with investing into development, sales tools, and sales enablement.

I cannot stress enough the lack of leadership and overall skill of leadership based on their roles. Wrong people for the wrong jobs is probably the politest way to put it.

Organization lacks true sales leadership. There is a conflict of interest as the VP of Marketing is also the VP of Sales. There is nobody in this organization that has sales leadership experience, so expect to be on your own. If you are an experienced technical seller, you can do very well, but if you're not then there are better places to seek out.
