Organization lacks true sales leadership. There is a conflict of interest as the VP of Marketing is also the VP of Sales. There is nobody in this organization that has sales leadership experience, so expect to be on your own. If you are an experienced technical seller, you can do very well, but if you're not then there are better places to seek out.

To avoid paying more than deserved, employees only worked Monday through Thursday. If you did work in office after 11pm they did compensate you for your taxi rides.
