Really not great. Leads are terrible, management lies about everything being fine even though the company is continuously missing targets. Only AE’s that have been here awhile are hitting quota. Teams and the junior sales management are very cliquey which isn’t great for new joiners as we don’t get the same opportunities.

My overall experience was not bad, but not great. Inbound lead flow is really high, but leads are very poor quality. This company is very quick to put AEs on pips, even when they perform to a high industry standard.
