Not great. Management are driven by their egos and not reality. Unfortunately they do not understand the market, and due to this we are losing deals to competition with a better product, and better sales process. Not great. Company is struggling to retain customers and moving more and more down market. Really a churn a burn biz model. Customers leaving like crazy, but with insane marketing spend, we're able to continue bringing new logos, just at lower and lower ARR. Obvs this impacts commissions. Company growth is unsustainable.
