Don’t consider joining this company if you’re an account executive. Only a few are hitting target and for more than a year anyone new to the company have not been able to hit their target. While historically an amazing product market fit, the lack of powerful innovation starts to show. Company still growing but the management seems to be out of touch with reality, stretching territories and targets in order to keep a growth rate similar to prior year, but without investing where its needed.
