Stuck in your position without any way to be promoted and move up the chain. Any position that was to be filled was by an outside recruit when they had plenty of internal candidates.

Datto was a true pleasure to work for, pay was fair and earning potential was high. Customers loved us and we were seen as true advisors. Work/life balance was a high priority.

Datto used to be a great place to work, then Kaseya acquired it last April and everything has gone down hill fast. They did everything they could to make working here miserable. Cut pay, benefits, forced 100% rto while the COO who made the decision lives 600 miles away from the nearest office, took accounts away etc. I could go on but if you're thinking about working...Read More
