They've just pulled the rug on outbound SDRs. Every week there's another change to inbounds or qualification criteria that makes their targets even more impossible. Promotion to AE has been made unattainable and they're focused on hiring externally. Space for 1 SDR per quarter to promo, don't listen to hype. No point in joining as an SDR anymore. Leadership seems to be deliberately punishing the SDR org. Please avoid.

Best products, perfect market fit, really good tech team and the cof-ounders are amazing & helpful. It's just the regional leader being biased and inexperienced. They no nothing about the process, sales and will not take initiative when it comes to training, process updates, promotion etc.
