Current Employee There is little to no training in this particular role. Most Core AE roles you get more training. But my niche was in just one cross sell area. It’s very much a culture where you get thrown in and you thrive or you don’t survive.
Having said that, you can make a lot if you figure it out. And the team culture is great, the product is decent and always getting better.
Leadership seems to be volition. An entire department of cross sellers just got dissolved this week. They didn’t fire anyone, but it just shows a lack of understanding of what’s really going on and it seems like the company is looking to “trim fat” (at least that’s what they think they’re doing) to get ready for an IPO.
Not the worst company I’ve worked for. But it takes the right person. Being completely remote is cool. And they’re flying the whole sales org to Dubai for SKO next year. So some cool experiences and perks. But I’d prefer more leadership training and development and consistency in expectations, quotas, and overall job stability. Browse Other Reviews
