Former Employee My time at Lumar was a profoundly disappointing experience. The company culture was cold and unwelcoming, often bordering on hostile. If you didn't conform to the office politics, you were actively made to feel uncomfortable. Simple tasks, like asking team members for help, were fraught with tension and unease.
Upper-level management at Lumar seemed completely out of touch with the needs of their employees. The leadership team, predominantly comprised of stagnant men, appeared far more concerned with meeting quarterly revenue targets than fostering a supportive work environment. There was a glaring lack of morale and training initiatives, leaving staff with little hope for career advancement or professional growth.
Overall, I found Lumar to be a toxic workplace that stifled both personal and professional development. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a positive and nurturing work environment.
