Former Employee My time at Defy was a roller coaster ride. It was an exciting approach to go to market with as a VAR, but at the time there was next to no true leadership, no clearly defined goals, and a very short runway to meet said undefined goals. They are propped up by a handful of anchor accounts and have no true services arm. If you go there, don't expect much help. New rep churn and leadership churn was very bad. All things considered, it was one of the more toxic environments I've ever worked in.
