Pros - Great training, great culture, great people, great products, great benefits. Good base salary and lots of opportunity for upward mobility. Cons - Commission and quotas are a JOKE. Internal processes are a joke and constantly changing. Takes forever to get anything done. Quotas are quarterly and vary greatly. Most people don't hit. My team quota in Q4 is now 2X what is was in Q3, and only 2 of 12 of us hit our number in Q3. Most were under 50%.

Experience has been great but some of the compensation structure is tough for employees that start at dell and grow which I find odd. They offer more for external hires.
