Great leadership in my group. No such thing as a cold call at Dell, because everyone in the world has likely used their products. Dell likes you to fit into the comp mold. Overachievers are not paid well, and if you close a really large deal (over 200% of quota), you're very unlikely to be paid your full commission. Finance has way too much influence over sales.

Overall experience has been great and after the first 2 years, you have potential to make a lot more money. You just need to make it on the field with DELL.
