Current Employee I'm an SDR who has been promoted twice in 10 months, expecting two more promotions in the next 6 months as well. They treat employees very well who are performing at a high level; I was able to achieve 100% attainment for FY25 in only two quarters.
Their growth path is solid but other companies' SMB / Mid-Market AE roles are likely more desirable due to compensation and product strength within the market.
