Former Employee Fantastic to start at and gain experience. Doing grunt work and learning and earning your spot for at least 2 years. Then wide open to grow as much as you can. Fantastic products with good marketing, although several hiccups with multiple product lines in my last few years. An absolute grind and no work life balance, manager hands off and teams coordinated call schedules and service coverage while maintaining quota and sales goals. Very little structure and guidance, almost no forecasting and planning. Unorganized at a local and regional level, well organized at top levels. Company moving toward a model of hiring more reps with less experience and “churn and burn” instead of paying less people more money. Comp plans changed often in last years with organization, uncertainty and comp erosion lead to many senior reps leaving. Managers invested time and development in diversity hires or corporate brown nosers over talent. Top level management and execs want to preach sales acumen but don’t back it up with training or better incentives. Wasn’t a conducive place for development, growth, or work life balance at end of 8 year tenure.
